This particular Royal Doulton mark as follows:

Introduced in the latter part of 1901 to mark the grant of the Royal Warrant by King Edward VII together with the specific right to use the word ROYAL to designate Doulton products. This mark was in general use at Burslem between 1902 and 1922.

Marked HB 9539 and 89160 which I presume were gilder or possibly pattern numbers.

The raised paste gold enamel jewels on pure white is the best I\'ve seen.

The color is pure bright gleaming gold on pristine bright white, any discoloration or off tint is the camera, the set is just perfectly white with gold paste enamel in intricate pattern detail as shown!
