The only returns on preowned items accepted will be for items received damaged due to improper packing (not mail mishandling) or not as described in description or in messages.
Preowned returns are at the cost of buyers and will have to be inspected before refund is given.
Order canceling will only be allowed if done within 3 hours of purchase with messages asking to cancel and the reason. All paid for orders asking to be cancelled will subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Since its becoming way too frequent with order canceling and reason being the cat did it or my kids were playing with my phone.
