EXTREMELY RARE 19TH CENTURY JEWELED IMPERIAL ROMANOVPRISMATICCOMPASS !The circular portion is 7.6 cm (2 15.7/16 inches) in diameter. The height of the main circular body that encompasses the rotating compass, excluding the lower attachment section,is approximately 2.4 cm (15/16 of an inch). The compass rotates to give you the magnetic directions, how-ever the surface glass is cracked as seen in the images, and the directional holding or locking mechanism is broken, both of which could be repaired by professionals, and the rest of the compass is in very good condition. This is an extremely rare Imperial Romanov compass of the late 19th century when Russian explorers were still on their missions of mapping the Romanov Empire !
