COMMENTS I\'m selling a few things for a friend who found them while cleaning out a relatives home, and this pair of VERY UNIQUE & RARE cast book ends were in with the mix. Dated mid WWII, and found in the Pittsburgh area, they most likely were from a workplace league associated with Union Switch & Signal, founded by George Westinghouse. There also is a good chance it may have been a Women\'s league, as so many women were filling in for the men at that time, who were off fighting the war. They are in original FABULOUS AS-FOUND condition ... see the pics.
Whether you are into bowling, WWII, cast, or US&S memorabilia, you are probably NEVER going to run into a collectable quite as unique as this one ever again !!!
