This is very beautiful late 19c Antique Victorian Collar combo handmade from fine quality Carrickmacross needle lace and Victorian net lace. . Cloth work is delicate translucent cotton. Outline is a fine cord with machine made net . Measurements length of invert neck line is 24\" long and back neck line center point is 2.3/4\" deep.
