Early 19thC Pittsburgh Blown Glass Compote w/ Knop Stem & Vintage Pattern!

This wonderful early Pittsburgh blown glass compote has a nice form with applied knop stem and base. It has a rolled rim and is decorated in an engraved vintage pattern of grapes and leaves. When you ping the glass with your finger, it rings like a bell with the sound resonating for some time. It dates from the early 19th Century and measures approximately 8 + ½ inches tall by 9 + 1/8 inches diameter across the rim and 6 inches across the base.
