Early 20th century Geringsing, Teganan, Bali, Indonesia. This very rare textile, has a few small holes, and no other faults, blemishes, repairs or fading.

Hand spun cotton, natural dyes, double ikat, and tightly woven.

40 X 250 cm uncut from the loom and never used in any ceremony.

Several small holes and largest is 2.5 X 2.5 cm (about the size of a quarter).

Excellent condition. Always kept on a roll with acid free paper covering and from a pet/smoke free collection.
