This is a nice looking and original clean condition Art Nouveau era statue that was made in Paris France in the early 20th century...its a cast white metal statue mounted on a wood base and has original bronzed color and aged patina...its entitled \" Semeuse\" (The Seeder) and depicts a French country woman walking in a field and sewing seeds..its signed by the artist-Mestais on back and is also marked France..nice overall condition with no damages or excessive wear...no chips,nicks or cracks...its 26\" high x 7\" dia base..it was made with a drilled hole on back to make it a newel post figural lamp if desired (never was a lamp)...great to display on a mantle etc ...looks and displays well and is guaranteed original and authentic ......... Shipping is via USPS in US and overseas…...always glad to combine on multiple buys when possible
