Family record and a few other pages are loose from the binding. A few pages have some curling and tearing around the edges, where they were not cut to the samedimensionsas the other pages. Leather overlay is separating from the back cover. Cover wear is present on both covers and the spine. Pages show foxing. No water damage. Overall in FAIR-GOOD condition for its age. Please refer to the photos for the best details.
Measures 11 1/4\" long, 9\" wide and 3 1/4\" thick.
