Early Moxie Soda Advertising Porcelain Handled Creamer
This is a really early porcelain creamer with advertising for Moxie soft drink. It\'s about 2&1/2\" tall and 5\" wide from lip to handle. I\'m guessing early 1900\'s. There are 2 marks on the base, but I can only make out parts of each. One reads, \'Moxie _ Crown De_\' and the other has \'R.T.& K. S_V China 364\'. There are a few problems, but nothing fatal. It\'s heavily crazed. There\'s a dark chip on the rim that\'s about 1/8\" wide. With all of the crazing, I\'m not sure about cracks, but there seems to be one on the rim by the handle that\'s about 1/2\" long and barely goes through to the inside (my #3 pic shows it). Also, there seems to be one at the inside of the handle that goes around part of where it\'s joined. The design has lots of wear, the gold trim is mostly gone, but the Moxie logo still displays pretty well. Even with all of its problems, it\'s a pretty neat and fairly rare piece!!
