Early wooden primitive stamp or cutter. I\'m not sure if the was used for stamping or to cut out something. but I\'ve had it for years just in a bowl for display. It is wood with the design part made of metal. The metal is rusted but in good condition. I call this a Celtic heart, but that\'s just what I called it

SHIPPING:I generally ship items within 2 business days or less. I don’t make up the shipping fee it is calculated by based on the weight, zip code, and method of shipping. So I ask that you please leave excellent shipping ratings because bad ratings affect me, not the Post Office.

RETURNS:I accept returns if item is grossly misrepresented, with prior approval. Please notify me within the first 3 days of receiving your purchase. I allow 30 days from close of sale for you to get a return back to me. Please return item in the same box and packing material if possible. Return shipping is at buyers expense, but the item and initial shipping will be refunded, in the same manner of payment.

DAMAGES:I package item the very best I can, using the appropriate packing materials, to insure your items safe delivery. Unfortunately, some items still get damaged or broken in the shipping. If you item is damaged in shipping you need to contact the US Postal Service and file a claim. This can be done on the USPS website. Just go to FILE A CLAIM and follow the directions. Provide the information they ask for and they will reimburse you, I don\'t. This is the proper protocol in this cases.
