Early Royal Doulton Flora & Fauna Series Rack Plate c.1930
Bright polychrome cabinet plate from Royal Doulton Series Ware, Flora & Fauna line.
The Floral L Series had a limited production run from about 1929 which ceased by 1950.
This example has an impressed date code (1-30) for 1930.
Its bright colors of yellow, green and blue are outlined in black tracery, and its interesting geometric based pattern has a distinct arts and Crafts flavor.
Displays well.
Printed Royal Doulton mark.
Measurements: 10.25 inches diameter across the rim
Condition Report:used condition with minimum wear/tiny scratches; no damages; no crazing
