The art is by noted adventure and good girl artist Will (DNAgents, FemForce, Tigra) Meugniot and also features a striking pin up of Robert E Howard\'s Red Sonja drawn on the back of the page! In addition to the two sided artwork, the sale includes 2 inkjet prints, one of the Red Sonja drawing and the other of the Jungle Girl comic strip in color and lettered.Original art from Jungle Girl #28 with the Red Sonja Pin Up on its back side is done on an 11x17 inch two ply Bristol Board. Both sides of the page are Hand Drawn, so the art shows the traces of its creation: pencil lines, blue pencil lines, white out, brush strokes, and paste ups. The color print of Jungle Girl and the Black and White print of Red Sonja have 10\" by 15\" image areas and are printed on 11x17\" 2 ply Bristol Board. The prints were done on an ink jet printer, and as shown on the scans show some banding.About the artist: Will Meugniot has enjoyed a long career in comics and animation. In comics his major work is as co-creator of the DNAgents, currently published as a “phone book” style reprint by Shadowline/Image. His other comics work includes Marvel (Tigra) Chillers, Marvel Team Up, Howard the Duck, Tarzan, Korak, Fem Force and Exotic Fantasy. In animation Meugniot has served as producer and/or director of many projects, including: Jem, EXOsquad, The Real Ghostbusters, X-Men The Animated Series, Conan The Adventurer, Spider-Man Unlimited, Captain Planet, Bob the Builder and G.I. Joe Valor VS Venom. He is currently illustrating the new N.E.D.O.R. Agents feature and an adaptation of Edgar Rice Burroughs\' Jungle Girl\'.
