Original Goldtone / Orotone, autographed by Edward S. Curtis, which he gave as a wedding present. At some point in the long life of this photo it sustained some moisture damage (see photo of back). The image has degraded a bit, as there is a slight greenish tint at the bottom of the clouds on each side of Chief Red Hawk. The visible image size is 13 1/4 by 16 1/4. The photo is in the original bat-wing frame, but it does appear as if the frame was painted at some time along the way.
