This is a beautiful hat made by hatmaker Elsie Massey made in the USA! The base is a faux straw that is an ivory color. The brim is covered in Ivory lace. The crown is covered in Lavender satin. The front has a cluster of purple feathers and purple and burgundy roses! There is a bow in the back with a 32\" train of English Netting. This can easily be shortened if you like.
