Elegant Antique Victorian elbow lengthmourning cape. This lovely gem is made of a jet black silk that features lovely hand beading around the shoulder and neckline, there is a layer of gathered French Chantilly lace,blacktextured satin lining (last photo). Closes in the front with eye hook closures. It is in excellent condition for its age......with no spots, stains, holes tears or open seams, there is one tiny pin head size wear spot (2nd to last photo as shown), a couple minor broken bridges in the lace, a couple missing and or loose beads.
