Elgin with \"John Mitsch, Allegheny, Pa.\" This is the old name for the Pittsburgh North Side. It is 15 jewels, marked coin silver case (appears to be 3 oz.), unusual sculpturing on side, cartouche with no initials. Dial is near mint. Crystal is thick bevel and no scratches or chips. Runs and sets fine and keeps good time. It has been cleaned and oiled, but the case is in unrestored condition. Thanks for looking.
