Payment and Postage

Paypal is accepted and I do not add a surcharge to cover their fees. UK buyers only may also pay by cheque or postal order. If it\'s a cheque, please allow 7 to 10 days for it to clear. In exceptional circumstances it may be possible for overseas customers to pay by another means such as bank transfer in GBP£ by prior arrangement.

All buyers please make contact within 3 days of sale. Payment is required within 7 days.
It has become necessary to offer only tracked forms of postage for high value items. This is becauseof the increasing number of instances of attempted fraud and I\'m actingon unequivocal advice that I have received from and Paypal. Please beassured that the postage options shown are calculated at cost, with aminimal handling fee to cover packaging materials for larger items. I always pack to a professional standard; please see my response page for customer testimonies. If you have any questions about any of this please contact me.

Non-payment

All non-paying buyers are, without exception, reported to . This is not for the sake of being vindictive, but because charges retrospective fees calculated on the actual sale price of items and this money needs to be retrieved. It\'s hard enough to make ends meet on here as it is! Thank you for your understanding. Please refer to \'s policy on non-payment for more information, including its ramifications for the buyer.

Condition of items

Please note that, unless clearly stated otherwise, my listings are for vintage/antique items and therefore, by definition, are not going to be in the same condition you would expect from a brand new item. Please be assured that I always endeavour to offer the most accurate description possible of the item\'s condition and take multiple illustrative photographs.

Vintage electrical items

Vintage electrical items are sold in their original condition as decorative items only and come without any electrical or safety guarantee whatsoever. They must always be safety-checked by a fully qualified electrician (in the country of intended use) before any attempt is made to use them.

Returns

Returns are possible, if reported within 7 days and by prior arrangement, if a mistake has been made in the listing and the item is not as described, but for no other reason. I\'m afraid that straightforward buyer\'s remorse does not qualify and that all return costs must be borne by the buyer.

Thanks very much for taking the time to read this. If there is anything I haven\'t covered please don\'t hesitate to contact me.

Best of luck offerding!
