Tospital store allows multiple items to be combined into a single order for up to seven days to receive discounted shipping. Please purchase items and let us know when you are done shopping so we can send you one combined invoice. We can only combine shipping cost on items before they are paid for.
99% of our orders are shipped within 48 hrs of receiving your payment (Monday - Friday).
Any special shipping instructions need to be included in Paypal\'s Note area when making your payment. We get hundreds of Emails a day and it\'s hard to match all Emails to Payments.
Any re-shipping charges due to no one home to accept shipment or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer\'s expense.

USPS First Class Mail takes 3-6 Weeks.

No returns on sale Items. In the event that you would like to return your purchase of Buy-It-Now items, we allow returns that are processed within the defined return date (the return date is to be found in the return policy or shipping and handling section.)

We advise you to use a reputable carrier service when returning your goods and pack all returns appropriately.
