COMBINED SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS: I will give a combined shipping discount if more than one item is purchased within a 7 day period. Please do NOT pay for your items, instead email me "Requesting total amount due" including combined shipping discount. Otherwise items will be shipped seperately.

SHIPPING: I charge "actual" shipping on every item I ship. When obtaining rates for buyers internationally or or a buyer needing a combined shipping rate, I obtain my rates from USPS.com. The shipping rates are the lowest anywhere. I charge ONLY $1 handling to cover the cost of shipping supplies. Although Priority boxes are free, peanuts and bubble wrap are not. I do NOT mark up my shipping to compensate. Shipping charge is the "actual" rate you pay to have your item shipped safely to you. Occasionally I will ship your package insured. If so shipping insurance is the seller's responsibility NOT the buyers.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: If your package weighs 13 oz or less I will be shipping your item USPS First Class Mail, 3-5 days delivery. If your package weighs more than 13 oz then I will ship ship USPS Priority mail, 2-3 days delivery. If you choose not to have your items shipped using USPS First Class Mail and instead would prefer USPS Priority, be sure to pay for Priority shipping and notify the seller. For heavy packages I will ship Parcel Post. Just keep in mind it could take up to 10 days for delivery. The seller MUST shipping your items using whatever shipping service you pay for on , EVERY seller. Therefore if you pay for USPS Priority shipping the seller MUST ship using that method. A seller can NOT ship USPS First Class which is less expensive if the buyer has paid for Priority Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL shipping: I will send your package USPS First Class International unless International Priority is requested or your package does not qualify for First Class International shipping. First Class International has to be under 4 pounds, however THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER. Because of the value of some of my items I will NOT ship them USPS First Class International mail even if the weight qualifies because there is NO TRACKING #. International Priority takes 6-10 days to be delivered. USPS states there is NO estimate of delivery time for First Class International. I ship INTERNATIONAL packages daily.

Here at Cherishing Teddies and More I treat my buyers as I would prefer to be treated if I were the buyer. All sales are NOT final. I DO have a refund policy. If for some reason you are not satisfied once you receive your item please contact me as soon as possible. I will either replace or refund an item at my discretion. If a buyer just simply doesn't like the item they choose to purchase, I will refund ONLY the cost of the item. Shipping costs for returns is the buyer's responsibility. If a buyer receives an item damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, additional shipping charges are the Sellers responsibility.

I try my best to bring my buyers good, quality collectibles. As a rule I do NOT glue anything. There are very rare occasions that I have and if I do it will be stated in the listing and up close pictures included in the listing. I prefer to sell pieces in boxes because the boxes help protect the piece during travel. Occasionally I will sell items without a box at a low price. In that case I do package the items very well in bubble wrap, however if you're unsatisfied when you receive your items just simply notify me and we can work together to find a resolution.

Some people have questions regarding the condition of an item when I list. These are the guidelines I use when listing my items.

NEW IN BOX-Means just that NEW, however because we have to take our own photos and I do take ALL my own photos, the item must be removed for such photo. The item MUST BE NEW when I've removed the item from the box. It MUST also include the original inside packing including the plastic bag over the piece AND the COA Papers. On rare occasions a piece will be new and NOT have papers for whatever reason, although that is rare. When in doubt if an item is NEW when I list the piece I will list it as MINT IN BOX then to be safe.

MINT IN BOX-Means just that, the piece is in MINT CONDITION. However the piece may be missing either the original inside packing, the plastic bag over the piece or the COA papers.

PLEASE NOTE-I do my best to describe the condition of my items, however sometimes human error may come into play. If at any time you receive an item from me and you are not happy just email or call me and I will find a resolution immediately.

PHOTOS-I take ALL my own photos. In MOST cases the photo in the listing is the photo of the actual piece. At times that is not possible, however in most cases the photos you see in my listings are the photos of the actual piece you are buying. I take a lot of time photographing my items, therefore I do NOT share my photos with anyone unless permission is TO CONTACT ANY SELLER ON
