Nice master English salt. Marks are rubbed but the leopard definitely has a crown so that would make the date mark a small b. What appears is the bottom part of the b on the rubbed date mark. The makers mark show I F and the 3rd letter is rubbed. Measures 3 inches across and 2 inches high and weights 2.95 ozt.
