We are quite pleased to offer this English sterling George I style tea service.

Egyptian inspired. What appear to be pharaoh masks decorate the set.

From Lionel Crichton in 1923. The firm know for the finest re-creations of antique forms.

Tapering form.

Beautifully hand carved Egyptian pharaoh masks.

Set in leaf and bead. United by floral panel.

The covers topped with fruit wood mushroom and sterling globe finial. Original hand carved leaf cap double scroll handles.

Never monogrammed.

This Fine English sterling George I style teapot is 10 inches and 28 standard ounces.

Coffee pot 10 inches tall and 34 ounces.

Cream jug 4 1/4 inches tall 8 1/2 ounces.

Sugar vase is 5 1/2 inches 13 1/2 standard ounces.

The entire service is 84 standard ounces.

Hallmarked as shown.

In excellent condition. Stands firm on table or serving tray. The pharaoh mask, shell and scroll retain their original detail. Handles secure and with rich mellow surface. Mild wear.
