I have for you this evening a beautiful example of porcelain that was fired at the kilns of Erdmann Schlegelmilch marked ES Prov saxe Germany and facsimile signed A. Kaufmann. This piece is made of fine grade porcelain and has been cast into a deep well mold design. This piece has been decorated with red and green lustre panels and gold gilt filigree style designs along with gold beading. The central motif is of what I believe are a Greek God and Godesses. This is a very large and therefore rare piece by this maker with this motif. This is a classic and rare piece and is quite lovely. Please see all of my pictures to gain a true appreciation for this beautifull piece. This piece will make a truly unique and lovely addition to your collection as well as displaying beautifully no matter the setting.
Item dimensions and dating: All measurements are approximate. This charger plate tray measures 11.25\" in diameter. This piece dates from the early 20th century by the marks and design elements.
Item condition report: This piece is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The colors are still fresh and vibrant. The gold gilt is rubbed in spots especially around the rim area. There is stacking wear and a parial ring stain were another item sat on this piece \"I cleaned most off\". This displays beautifully.
