Ernest Paul Bushmiller, Jr. (23 August 1905 – 15 August 1982) was an American cartoonist, best known for creating the long-running daily comic strip Nancy. This is a great, example of his work. It’s a wonderful striptold mainly in pictures – no dialog. This beautiful Sunday strip has many greatimages of Nancythroughout. The large panel of Nancy is a classic image! It is the original artwork for a Nancy Sunday strip from 7-6-1947. This art,drawn in ink on Bristol board, is in great condition. It measures in at 24 x16-1/2. Very minor bending through the top panels. Upperleft logo is a Photostat.
