Up for your consideration is a beautiful porcelain tea set in excellent condition. The set is signed “Eschenbach, Bavaria, Germany, Baronet China, Festival, Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. “Service is for eight. The set is decorated with fruits and flowers including figs, pears, apples or peaches, and cherries. The porcelain has a quilted look to it.The set consists of the teapot and lid, sugar bowl and lid, creamer, eight cups and nine saucers. The only damage is a chip on the edge of the lid of the creamer (shown in sixth picture), and some tea-colored discolored dots inside the spout of the teapot (shown in corner of fourth picture).Here are the details:Creamer: 3 3/4” high, 3 1/2” diameter at widest point
Sugar: 4” diameter, 3 1/8” high without lid, 5” with it, opening is 2” diameter, lid is 2 5/8”. Chip on edge of lid as seen in picture.
Saucers (nine of them): 4 3/4” diameterCups (eight of them): 2 1/4” tall, 2 3/8” diameter at upper rimTeapot and lid: 7 1/2” tall without lid, 9 1/2” with lid in place, 4 1/2” diameter at widest point, opening is 2 1/16”, lid is 3” diameter. There is some tea-colored discoloration inside the spout.Shipping charges include any shipping-material costs necessary to protect the item during shipping. Domestically, I ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail depending mainly on the weight of the object. I may indicate that the item will be shipped by Parcel Select (cheaper that Priority) and charge you the lower rate, but then ship it by Priority anyway. All items will be shipped within 1 business day after payment has been received.INSURANCE Insurance is included in the shipping charge only when I ship by Priority Mail (maximum automatic insurance is $50) or I explicitly say in the listing that insurance is included for full value of item. does not allow sellers to offer \"optional or required insurance.\" (I don\'t know why.)
