We are offering for sale a really finepair of Georgian silver sauceboats.

These early George III period sauce boats are of the highest quality with a good hefty weight and a gadroon mount around the rim to give extra sturdiness and strength. Each jug stands on 3 hoof feet and has a scroll capped \"C\"-handle.

These are good-sized sauceboats with a generous volume. Both have a good set of hallmarks for a fine specialist hollowware maker and are in excellent original condition.
