For sale is an Exquisitely Hand Decorated Tlaquepaque, Mexico Tecomate/Bowl/Pot dating to the 1930\'s. The piece has a light blue back ground and the finely painted artwork extends slightly more than half way around the pot. Pictured is a man with a detailed serape and sombrero amongst the floral plants of the desert, he is evidently resting from carrying two large baskets. The piece measures 4 inches high and has a maximum width of 5 inches. Condition is excellent with only three tiny glaze flakes on the cream colored rim and all over crazing to the glaze. The base is embossed, \"MEXICO.\"
