Here for your consideration, is an absolutely fabulous and extremely rare, 1905-1911, porcelain, Royal Worcester string box cockerel, naturalistically modelled and hand painted in red, with white and brown undulating plumage and yellow feather breast inscribed \'Quand Ce Coq Chantera Mon Amitie Finira\' (when this cockerel sings my friendship will end).

As you can see from my 12 photographs, the workmanship in this rare Royal Worcester string box cockerel is truly exquisite.Just a very beautiful piece of Art Nouveau, Royal Worcester porcelain.

Condition: no chips, cracks, scratches, fleabites, restoration, or damage. It does have some age related wear/discolouration to the base, commensurate with 110 years of age, but nothing unusual. Just a very nice piece of rare Royal Worcester porcelain. The base has the Royal Worcester crownfactory mark with pattern number 2400. This very rare delightful string box cockerel was firstdesigned in 1905 and production ceased in 1911.

I\'m afraid my photos aren\'t doing thismagnificent cockerel truejustice, because thelight refection is hindering the exquisite visual appeal of this spectacular porcelain ornament. In real life the colours are a lot crisper. Whoever purchases this beautiful ornament, will not be disappointed, becauseit\'s one of the rarest and most unusual pieces of Royal Worcester porcelain, I\'ve seen in a long time.
