Extremely Rare Solid Brass 18th Century Rushlight and Candleholder.

Circa 1760

Rushlights are pretty rare things and nearly all are made from wrought iron and wood or just wood. I say nearly because once in a blue moon you find a brass one. These are so rare that the chances are you will neaver find another unless in a private collection or museum. This really is one of those rare moments when one becomes available.
