extremely rare stamp book from bhutan, this was given out to dignitaries and celebrities etc. Book consists of many different types of stamps even some Holograms postcards and other memorabilia, includes binder which is in very good condition an outer box with a card documenting where it came from OtterBox has faded and shows somewhere around edges, all the stamps are in excellent condition never handled still have rice like paper over them, this from what I understand was given to a gentleman who did a lot of infrastructure work in the region this was given directly from the director of the Department of Tourism and Ministry of Financeas a gift, I believe this to be extremely rare and really can\'t find any set like it please use photos as part of the description any questions I will be more than happy to help you with
