This is a pewter brooch with a reproduction of Ferdinand Dubois\' portrait of classical woman\'s side profile with stars above and a harp in the background in an art nouveau style. There is sharp detailing of the face and hair with a beautifully rendered head piece. Dubois was an artist born in 1861.The brooch measures 2\"x1 1/2\". It has a loop on the back for a necklace conversion. It is marked fine [h] pewter on the back and F.DUBOIS on the front. There are some scratches and wear on the back. It has a secure rolling lock C clasp. Please refer to the pics as part of the description.
