Up for offer is this stunning sterling silver, deeply engraved, guilloche enamel snuff/patch box - could have also been used as a pill box. It is stunning and marked 925 with what looks like a makers mark and the number 35 on the inside of the top and the bottom. It is in great condition and measures 1 7/8 inches wide by 1.25 inches.
