Offered here is a very handsome pair of Fabergé silver-gilt and cloisonne enamel sugar tongs , Moscow, 1899-1907,
finely decoratedin multi-colour shaded enamel floraland geometric motifs.
Judging by the style of the design and enamelling,
these tongs are most likelyto be the work of master craftsman Feodor Ruckert.Marked withK.Fabergé in Cyrillic beneath the Imperial Warrant,88 standard,
kokoshnik mark for Moscow, 1899-1908, and scratched inventory number 23376,
with an engraved St. Petersburg inscription on the interior stem .
Excellent condition, the enamelling is without losses or repairs. 14 cm / 5 1/2\" long.Authenticity is guaranteed.
