The Imperial Coronation Egg featured on the box was presented by Tsar Nicholas to Tsarina Alexandra in 1897. The egg itself is part of the Forbes Magazine Collection. Features the Russian Imperial Crest on the interior. The box measures approximately 1.5\"h x 2.5\" in diameter. No condition issues were observed. The brass mounts are secure and the the hinge and closure are in good working order. Marked on the bottom with the Faberge Limoges France hallmark and the Limoges France hallmark. Comes with a presentation box and documentation. The presentation box is in very good condition.
