French*Antique*Manoir is acharming antique french brocante and antiques from 18th century untill the Art Déco period which come essentially from the Loire Valley, known for its history, wine, family property, manoir and castles.

This is asuperbantique Frenchcarved meerschaumdated from the late 1800\'s. This Beautiful Frenchmeerschaum figureof the Virgin Maryis particularly skilful and the meerschaum stone is still fresh and luminous. it depicts serene Virgin Mary standing on wall console with the sacred heart. There is the presence of snake near The Virgin Mary\'s feet surrounding the dome stone. The Virgin Mary is wearing a flawless robe attached with Marie Antoinette knot and ribbon finely detailed.It\'s mounted within an ebonised wooden frame with a lustrous finish. TheFrench carved meerschaumis protected behind thick convex glass and a stunning royal blue velvet fabric in the background. all is strong and tight, note a small crack in the top and the bottom, almost unnoticeable, the frame is still tight and strong,allin place.
The frame is gently timewornbut stillin good antique condition, unbelievable work of sculpture and full of character.
