For your consideration is this stunning matching Pair of French Marble Topped Commodes.These hand made cabinets are decorated withincredibleand intricateSatin wood inlays and are just gorgeous. They have bronzeorbrass mounts andaccents throughout and hand dovetailed drawers.The set probably from the late 1800\'s to early 1900\'s and have their original marble tops and parts intact. The condition of the cabinets are very good with even coloring and nice old finishes with some minor veneer chipping and buckling and no repair work orstructurallydamaged areas. Each cabinet has a spacious lower interior area with a shelf and a single upper drawer. They have locking lower cabinets with keys. Each cabinet measures 40 1/2\" tall, 32\" wide, and 17 1/2\" deep. All measurements include the marble.These commodes come from a local estate owned by a prominent nationally recognized retiredOncologist. We will be bringing you more from his estate in the coming days. All items from this estate will come, upon purchasers request, with a letter from the doctor stating his previous ownership for purpose of provenance.
