FABULOUS MID-CENTURY PERSIAN HERIZ ORIENTAL RUG 7.7 x 10.9 VITO BELL COLLECTION We have sold a few items from this collection. This particular piece was purchased about 35 years ago. No stains and no odors. size is approx 7.7 x 10.9. It can vary in width by up to 3\" which is typical of hand woven rugs. There is an area of slight bleed that I am pointing to in one quadrant. There are no fringes at one end which has been surged as shown. Fringes can be added later and most stores don\'t charge much for the machine process. There is some selvedge repair. The rug has very good pile as seen with strong rich colors and nice medallion design. Hand woven, all wool pile.As with all estate rugs, I recommend a good cleaning when changing hands. Cost runs about $175 on this size.
