Click to Enlarge Click to Enlarge This is a superb heavyweight vintage French LA POSTE sack.A strong unbleached linen weave it would be perfect for any period decorative textile projects and is more than strong enough for an upholstery project.If required for an upholstery project you have 2 sides for use.Both sides are printed, the top inner hem has a string rope and a metal ring.The edges are double hemmed for strength. One side has a blue printed number 6.Length 80cmsWidth 51cmsOne side has a small hole near the top as the last photo shows but this could easily be repaired or patched.A good strong heavyweight vintage linen confection.All the items in my listings, unless described otherwise, are either vintage or antique. They have all had a \'past\' life, a history to tell - and this inevitably affects their condition through use and handling.
