Condition:On a Scale of 1-10 (ten being best),I can confidently grade this Book’s overall condition to be a solid 8. Overall andEspecially for being 70+ Years Old, this item is in VeryGood Condition. My photos are anaccurate depiction of this item’s true condition.

Pros: 100% Complete, Book is No Less than 85%Immaculate, Very Few Tears and No Creases, No Stains and 100% Legible.

Cons: Few sporadic MINOR Edge tears, Paper isuniformly discolored, Pages are VERY SLIGHTLY Brittle but not bad at all forwhat it is made of and its age.

Notes: I have a bad habitof holding the camera crooked. So, if inmy photos the book appears offset it is solely because of poor photo takingskills.
