MAGNIFICANT Quarter sewn oak and appears to be the original finish. This is over a100 year old and is a small desk or vanity chair. its 16\" from the ground to the top of the seat. standard hight for a victorian lady\'s chair. Of course it can be a youth or childs chair too. Note the back splat and the fantastic machine fit of the individual pieces that make up the back. no cracks, no repairs, no weak points.
