- DESIGN: A superb and impressive early Faries Industrial Machine Age Lamps circa 1890\'s. The lamps arm extends from the heavily weighted base via the main support tube with further position adjustment of the socket/shade assembly via the joint assembly at the socket. Manufactured of completely Solid Brass throughout (aside from the heavy cast iron inner base) and extremely well engineered and machined.
- CONDITION: This impressive lamp is in incredible original condition, completely intact andfully functional. Faint finish wear and slight patina to the Brass with no damage or repair issues. Original paddle switch socket has been inspected and is functional and safe, power cord has been replaced with braided cotton wrapped insulated wire. The opulescent Milk Glass fluted shade is nearly perfect with a few inner edge chips where the shade secures to the round brass fitter (unseen when assembled). The shade fitter collar bears a patent date of Dec. 9, 1890.
- DIMENSIONS: The lamp adjusts from 22\"-28\" tall with a general width of 9.5\", the shade is 8\" in diameter…filament bulb is NOT included.
