FARIES EXTENDING INDUSTRIAL MACHINE AGE BRASS TABLE LAMP 1910\'s PRE OC WHITE ERA
- DESIGN: A superb and impressive early Faries Japanned Industrial Machine Age Lamp circa 1890\'s. The lamps arm extends from the heavily weighted base via the main support tube with further position adjustment of the socket/shade assembly via the joint assembly at the socket. Manufactured completely of Solid Brass throughout (aside from the heavy cast iron inner base) and extremely well engineered and machined.
- CONDITION: This impressive lamp is in incredible original condition, completely intact andfully functional. Faint finish wear and slight patina to the Brass with no damage or repair issues. Original paddle switch socket has been inspected and is functional and safe, power cord has been replaced with braided cotton wrapped insulated wire. The thick opulescent Milk Glass disc shade exhibits an array of swirled casting marks similar to slag glass which adds to its unique character.
- DIMENSIONS: The lamp adjusts from 22\"-28\" tall with a general width of 11\", the shade is 8\" in diameter…filament bulb is NOT included.
