- DESIGN: A unique and sophisticated early Industrial Machine age Floor Lamp design manufactured by Faries Lighting Co circa 1910. This tall lamp arm articulates via 3 joints that allow for a variety of arrangements of height and angle extensions. Completely manufactured of solid Brass throughout (with the exception of the cast iron base) all very well engineered and machined. The extended articulating shade arm joints are fixed to a telescoping support rod which slides up and down the central support rod which is footed by a Brass shrouded cast iron weighted base for complete stability.
- CONDITION: This stately lamp is in exceptional original condition, completely intact andfully functional. Light finish wear bearing a slight patina with no damage or repair issues to any operating parts. The original Faries marked domed shaped shade is in excellent shape with just a few minor bumps to the outer edge. The base shroud is equally as clean with some faint dings/dimples mostly around the outer edge, the cast iron sub weight is clearly stamped \"Faries Lighting\". Original paddle switch socket has been inspected and appears clean and safe, the power cord has been replaced with extra long appliance grade insulated wire.
- DIMENSIONS: This tall telescoping floor lamp can be adjusted from 36\"-60\" tall with an added extension arm length of 12\", the shade is 6.5\" diameter…filament bulb is NOT included.
