We RARELY see figurines of this FINE QUALITY, particularly when there are THREESEPARATE children on one base, and this one is sure toappeal to both dolland porcelain collectors alike and withIMPRESSIVEDETAIL that wouldcommand a presence in any advanced collection!

Made in DRESDEN, GERMANY circa early 1900\'s,thisWONDERFULLY PRESERVED little figurine measures 5 1/2\" tall and is 6\"across at the widest part, and is posedon a DECORATIVE BASE measuring 43/4\" in width and 3 1/4\" in depth! The figurine captures threelittle girls; two \"older\" girls on each end turned towards each otherand holding their arms in a CANOPY POSE over a younger little girl, who facesforward in a bent position with her arms outstretched! Their very DETAILEDMODELED facial features compliment the fine painting of their lightly blushedpale porcelain; many times these figurines have paled over the years, but thisone still has FABULOUS COLORING!

The two young misses on the end wear white knee-lengthdresses made of delicatenetted porcelain andembellished with tinyblue PORCELAIN FLOWERS, and one has a painted BLUE BODICE with matchingslippers and hair bows, while the other has a painted YELLOW BODICE withmatching slippers and hair bow! The center smaller girl is a lovelycontrast with a PINK NETTED ankle length porcelain dress with a paintedburgundy FLORAL BODICE, and she wears a porcelain FLORAL CROWN in her hair withthe same tiny blue flowers as the ones on the older girl\'s dresses! Thetrio stands on a HAND PAINTED base resembling grass, with colorful littleflowers strewn on the ground-----a fabulous SPRING THEME we all welcome thistime of year!

As with many of these figurines there is some unavoidablebreakage to the some of the lace but very minor compared to most that we havehad; otherwisethere are no chips, cracks, hairlines or restorations; aGORGEOUS little miniature! Underneath is the stamped crown Dresdenmark with an \"S\" mark, and then \"GERMANY\" imprinted withina circle!
