DetailsA wonderful antique Chinese hand carved sandalwood frame containing a mirror.
The frame has a border of vines with leafs and buds finely carved in relief. Within are symbols wrapped in ribbons including Qin and paintings before an ebonised ground. Great craftsmanship went into producing this mirror which was made during the 19th century.Size & WeightMeasures 15 3/4\" 40cm tall.
Measures 11\" 28cm wide.

Overall condition is good.
The frame is largely intact, their are a few losses to the relief vines / leaf border which is not surprising considering the age / nature of this item.
Age commensurate wear.
