FineAntique Russian Silver smalltea glass holder.Pierced swag upper body, mounted foliate handle, Moscow circa 1908-1917. Height 2 3/4 in; 2 in open top diameter;weight 2.4 troy ounces. Hallmarked (on the base, handle and body) with \'AEP\' maker\'s mark in Cyrillic for Alexander Piscaryev 1908-1913 Moscow and \'84\' Russian Silver standard next to head (kokoshnik mark).
