Description Abeautiful genuine Englishantique18th Century Georgian solid sterling silverhelmet-shaped cream jugby the famous silversmith Stephen Adams Iand with full English silver hallmarks for London 1792.Superb qualityoriginal 223 year oldsterling silver example, lovely size with a handsome Georgian helmet shape and weighing approx. 89 grams, with no added base weighting. There are no added personal engraved inscriptions or monograms.

MeasurementsGood size, measures approx. 5.15 inches (129mm) inheight, (including handle), and is 4.25 inches (108mm) wide, and 2.45 inches (60mm) deep.

Date Antique18th Century Georgian solid sterling silver,with a full set ofEnglish silver hallmarks for London 1792, (date letter \"r\").Nice clear struck marks, and includes the Kings head duty mark of King George the Third.

Maker Silversmiths initials \"S A\", (Stephen Adams I - 1770-1815).

ConditionLovely condition,and ready to be used. No splits or cracks and no nasty knocks or dents, just a couple of teeny little shallow surface bruises, really nothing. Possible tiny repair under the pedestal base, again really nothing much, see last photo. The scroll silver handle is undamaged and is tight and secure. Excellent quality example and by top makers.
