Description A fine quality and large 19th century antique Chinese bronze incense burner, with waisted neck and raised on a circular foot, applied with a pair of well cast lion-head handles to sides, the body in low-relief with banding of dragons and \"shou\" characters, and panels of figure, birds, and auspicious objects, the base decorated with a pair of dragons encircling a Ming dynasty Xuande six-character mark within a rectangular panel. Comes with a well-fitted hardwood stand.
AGE : Chinese, Qing dynasty, circa 19th century.SIZE : approximately 4 1/4\" (11 cm)high; about 9 1/2\" (24 cm) across handles; bronze weights about 2405 grams. About 6 1/2\" (16.5 cm) high on wood stand.CONDITION : in excellent condition; body polished; few tiny dings around edges of top and bottom rims only. Noother damage or repair noted.
