Presumably around 1930s. Finely carved scroll and accurately inlaid purfling. This beautiful violin shows no open cracks or open seams. Finely grainded spruce front and beautiful 1-piece flamed maple back. Pegs, fingerboard, tailpiece and chinrest are ebony. The violin was completely revised by our luthier and checked on playability by our violin player. It received new ebony pegs, new ebony tailpiece, a new bridge and new strings.
Beautiful old quality instrument with great potential in immediate playing condition! Please listen to the sound ! Measures aprox.: total 59,5 cm / 23.42\", body 36 cm / 14.17\", vibrating chord length 33 cm / 13\", weight 445 gr / ~15.7 oz.
