This fine quality Norwegian silver brooch measures 48mm (2\") across x 9mm (.5\") deep and weighs 18 grams. It is marked to the reverse for Norwegian solid silver 830s with the makers mark for the well known silversmith Marius Hammer. It isincredibly intricate in design with great detail and part gilded with a raised central section and is a very striking piece.
